Note that: Due to Mothers Day season rush, all orders may arrive between 13th May 2017 and 16th May 2017. 

 

Please read and accept the terms and conditions below: 

1. BRAZIL FLOWER SHOP and its partners make every effort to offer and deliver the widest selection of the best floral arrangements and gift baskets. Due to different seasons and the perishable nature of flowers, the exact flowers, containers, or gift accessories may be temporarily unavailable in a region to which they are being delivered. In the rare cases when that happens, we will substitute flowers and/or accessories to create an arrangement or gift basket of a similar design and of equal value.

2. BRAZILFLOWER SHOP has a very robust logistics and delivery system. However, we cannot control everything, and there may be times when we are not able to meet a scheduled delivery date due to many issues, including inclement weather conditions, a natural disaster, an act of terrorism, or if we have been given an incorrect address. In cases where a delivery is delayed due to some circumstances, we will still deliver the arrangements to your intended recipient to the best of our ability, and will not offer a refund.

3. We request that you always provide a physical street address when placing an order for a floral arrangement. We are unable to deliver to an APO or a PO Box address.

4. If the recipient is not at the delivery address during delivery, we use our best judgment on the safety of the delivery, and will leave the flowers and/or hampers and/or gift items on the doorstep or with a neighbor or leave a door tag and/or a voice mail, asking the recipient to coordinate pickup or delivery of the flowers and/or hampers and/or gift items. In any case, we will make our best effort to get your flowers and/or hampers and/or gift items delivered to their intended recipients.

5. We will email you a delivery confirmation, to keep you updated about your order, within one business day after the requested delivery date.

6. If you do have a complaint with any of our products or services, please do not hesitate to report the issue to us at info@brazilflowershop.com. If the issue is reported within 7 days of the requested delivery date, preferably with photograph of the delivered product, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction.

7. In case you want to choose an specific delivery hour, please keep in mind it is only suggestive, what doesn't mean that your order would be delivered at the time requested. All orders would be delivered at required date but during the business hour, except for the mentioned cases above. 

Note that: 

For orders concluded and paid 'til 11:00AM (Monday to Friday), still possible same day delivery. For Saturdays, the order might be concluded and paid 'til 09:00AM for same day delivery. Not possible to deliver on Sundays.**

For celebration dates as christmas, valentines, mothers day and others, the orders might be placed within 2 week days before delivery date due to the rush of the season. 

** For Sunday or holidays deliveries, please check within 3-4 week days before delivery date desired to know if possible to the mentioned locality.
